PHOTOGRAPHY ISN’T JUST LIVE CONCERT PHOTOGRAPHY.
You absolutely DO NOT deserve a $1,000 camera, if that’s all your using it for.
Oh, and it also isn’t just portraits of yourself.

 that’s kind of a rude thing to say. I mean, photography is about taking pictures of things that the photographer loves. if a photographer loves to take pictures of their favorite bands/concerts/music artists etc then so be it. there are people out there that work to be photographers for shows. it shouldn’t matter if people just want to take pictures of live concerts. maybe things like nature dont apeal to them in their photos.
